"Sa Pagkaing Wasto at Tapat, Timbang ni Baby Katapat"

Eating right and nutritious food makes our body healthy. If we are not eating nutritious food our body would not be in good condition because we are not healthy and we are prone to sickness.

Food is one of our primary needs. We can't live without this because it gives us strength to do our works. It is essential to us, so we have to eat right and nutritious food. Eating nutritious food makes our body healthy. People those eat any kind of food that are not nutritious are malnourished but if you are eating too much you"ll be above normal or obese. So we have to eat right and nutritious food to become healthy.

Pregnant woman should maintain proper nutrition. In nine months, mother should eat fruits, vegetables,vitamins and iron. So the baby inside their wombs will have proper weight when hey come out. Mother should be careful in what she can do because it may cause abnormality or the baby will die. She should avoid smoking and taking drugs because this are some cause that the baby will die.
